Function Room For Hire
An excellent venue for all parties and gatherings. Woodfield function room is regularly hired for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, bar mitzvahs and any other reason to party! Also available for craft fairs or corporate meetings.
The room is an excellent size and equipped with bar and a small stage in the corner which can house a DJ or small PA system.
It is also popular with the local community for funeral wakes, as we are tucked away in a quiet and private residential location.

I am enquiring about hiring your hall for my daughter’s 11th disco birthday party on either Friday 13th or Saturday 14th December.
Approximately with around 40-50 people.
We would be hoping to do our own buffet and use the kitchen facilities.
Is the hall available on either of those dates? And if so, what would the cost and booking process be? Also, is the hall wheelchair accessible? As we will have one wheelchair user.

I hope you are well. I am emailing on behalf of SA Academy – Aqua, cheerleading team.
I am looking to host a Quiz night fundraising event on a Saturday evening on one of the following dates: 21st February, 7th March or 28th March.
We are looking to raise money to support our athletes who are travelling to Florida to compete at the Cheerleading World Championships this year as all athletes are self-funded. I just wanted to see if you had any evening available for this type of event and if so, what the cost would be to hire from 6pm-10pm? Also, what would be the maximum number of people you would be able to host?
